The prompt was very minimalistic which was interesting to work with. At the mention that her blood would be like ink, I wanted to show that somehow in the design so that influenced a lot from the beginning. As I was sketching, her expression and personality came through to me as being fierce, likes to fight, and always eager for a challenge.

With the star/monster theme I gave her some powers relating to space, such as gravity manipulation (or maybe she is only able to make herself fly?) and being able to shoot starbursts. She has a pastel punk fashion style (there's a petticoat under her skirt), dyes her hair, and apparently loves to accessorize. Also, she is short and likes to wear very thick-soled shoes or high heels to make up for it.
