Custom for PwnKage

This is a custom palette adoptable I made for ~PwnKage, who ordered the third palette shown here: [link]

She requested a pale-skinned emo/scene girl with interesting hair and socks and boots. I guess I went with more of a scene feel.

~PwnKage may request me to change parts of the design if she so chooses. Like if she wants me to change the color of something, the clothes, the hairstyle, or whatever.
