Custom 2 for amphibiana

This is a custom palette adoptable I made for *amphibiana, who ordered the third palette shown here: [link]

She requested a long-haired male dragon kemonomimi with a fancy/royalty theme and a blue or yellow rose.

*amphibiana may request me to change parts of the design if she so chooses. Like if she wants me to change the color of something, the hairstyle, the clothes, or whatever.
